Treasures Of The Web Awards - Honoring and recognizing outstanding websites
Bronze Award - awarded to us April 10, 2005
Treasures Of The Web Awards are available in four levels/versions (Gold, Silver, Bronze, Merit).
The Bronze Award requires that you receive an average of 73 - 83 points from the combined scores of all judges. This award is given to the site that shows good content and hard work, but may need that little something extra to raise it to Silver :
"Hello Henrik, it is very apparent that a lot of hard work has gone into the building of your site. Your overall score was an 80 ... needed 84 for silver ... so you're very close. Some of our judges comments were: lots of research has been done here, very good navigation system, good overall design, lots of eye appeal."

World Wide Web Awards - Promoting High Standards in Web Development
Silver Award - awarded to us March 29, 2005
World Wide Web Awards are available in six levels/versions (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Patriotic, Humanitarian).
The Silver Award represents outstanding web site design, interesting content and is user friendly with easy navigation. The winning site has scored between 80 and 89 points, which is not easy to do. A Silver award winning site is also error free from broken links and error messages of any kind. This site is well organized and uses some advanced features, such as flash or java scripting. The Silver award site represents at least 80 percent of original design and graphics, as well as provides quality information for its visitors :
"Congratulations! Your site has been selected to receive the World Wide Web Awards Silver Award. We see all the hard work and dedication that you have put into constructing your web site and your efforts are well deserved. Your site displays a clean and organized design, user friendliness, quality content and informative information for your visitors."

Lone Star Site Design
Silver Award - awarded to us October 20, 2003
LSSD Awards are available in three levels (Bronze, Silver and Gold).
Lone Star Site Design rewards the webmaster who has taken the time to develop a website which is aesthetically pleasing, easy to navigate, built on a foundation of HTML or other coding that is strong and user-friendly, with content showing excellent spelling and grammar. This webmaster knows that these are the cornerstones of a professional-looking site. These things show that you care enough about your site to do the job right.
Each website submitted to LSSD starts out with 100 points. A Gold Award is earned when scoring between 90 and 100 points, a Silver Award when scoring between 80 and 89 points and a Bronze Award when scoring between 70 and 79 points.

Maestro Awards will be awarded to webmasters that have surmounted the highest reaches of design excellence and attained the level of master on a variety of subjects and critique. The awards are prestigious in any respect, and must be earned. This is real bad news for any trophy hunter, as we are able enough to see the difference between a real master and one that claims to be one. We will only award websites with distinct qualities equal to those of a real Master. |
